We are remodeling our Master Bath and purchased this freestanding tub filler to compliment our new freestanding tub. The faucet is very pretty and compliments the other hardware in the bath.
Our home is one level on concrete. Upon installation the plumber required shorter hoses than what was supplied with the tub filler. I called Kelly at Sanitary Ware who immediately received my request to supply the hoses. She said there would be no charge and the hoses would be made the next day. Hard to believe these days.
We can't wait to get it all installed. We are simply amazed at the incredible customer service with this company...We highly recommend this company even before we are actually using the filler.

We looked at a bunch of freestanding faucets - and this is one the only one that was under $500 that didn't look cheap. It's well made and heavy (feels and looks expensive). It works really well and just makes such a statement in our bathroom. Very easy to install.
We did have an issue with the sprayer attachment- it wouldn't work, seems to be clogged or something. I reached out to the company and they immediately called me and are sending me another one. So, the customer service is incredible. I've never gotten such a quick response from customer service.

Master Bath Remodel:
Had ordered another similar tub filler from a DIFFERENT company and it leaked from the valve after about a week. So I picked out this one because there were several reviews on how easy it was to get customized hoses (which you will need more than likely) from this company.
They did just that. AND MORE. Because of the previous install, their tripod base/bracket was JUST too small to use based on where the previous holes were drilled. So I also inquired about a new bracket and they sent a different style that worked perfectly.
So far, so good. It's a VERY well built faucet. Based on my previous purchase (so I'm only comparing two here), its pole is shorter, but a bit fatter. To be clear, the overall height is the same and perfect for any freestanding tub). These specs makes it much sturdier. The valve is also clearly bigger and probably has 1.5x to 2x the GPM than the previous.
I would certainly recommend this if you're looking for an affordable option that doesn't require a large valve box in the floor. Very happy so far.
