I needed a different size hose and they were very responsive to provide what I needed. Faucet is very heavy and asthetically pleasing. It blends well with the other gold/champagne details in our bathroom.

As mentioned in other reviews, the hose was too short but I contacted the company and Kelly was very helpful in sending out the hose we needed. The bathroom isnt fully done but I will post the pictures as soon as it is.

I priced a lot of tub fillers and the by far was the best quality one for the money. I would highly recommend this product if you are shopping for a quality tub filler at a very reasonable price. Our plumber needed the water supply lines to be just a bit shorter for our installation. Kelly in Customer Service was extremely helpful in making sure we received the customized length we needed in quick order. Our plumber even remarked what good quality the tub filler was . It was the first one he had installed. Very satisfied customer!
