This freestanding faucet looked amazing after installation. Great product at a great price. I asked questions from the manufacturer and they responded within a few hours and resolved my problem of human error. I will definitely purchase another one from this company with our next project.
This is a beautiful faucet ! It was packaged VERY well and shipped FAST, too. It looks great in person, very well crafted. We have it along side our outdoor freestanding tub, overlooking the garden. Oh, la la ! We needed custom supply hoses, and the customer service was great. I usually have trouble dealing with companies on the phone ( my wife says I sound very grumpy ! ), but this company, , was VERY EASY to deal with. They understood what I was talking about and were very through, asking questions and making useful suggestions. I am SO HAPPY to have this project nearing completion. It really is a good looking faucet. And, as I said, it really was great dealing with .

Impressive faucet. Very solidly made. Great flow rate. Our plumber was impressed. Needed longer supply lines and they were received very quickly. The threading on the bolts supplied to anchor the bracket could have been threaded longer. Great product. Looks impressive. Easy to use. Super customer service.
