Beautiful faucet, love it in my newly remodeled master bathroom. Customer service is amazing we needed the faucet lines to be a little shorter and it was super easy to get in touch with someone!
It works great, has good water pressure, but because it's so heavy, it wobbles a bit. Not too much, but just enough to lean ever-so-slightly to the left and drive me crazy. You can also feel it move a bit when you're turning it on an off. You can secure it with a bracket attached to the wall and then it'll straighten out nicely. The hose to the shower attachment also looks and feels really cheap, but again, for the price, it's a good product.
Overall a very nice faucet. Matches all oil bronzes fixtures. It is sturdy enough for a tub I will not use daily. If you will use daily you may want to find one that is sturdier. I am happy with it.
Faucet is just what I wanted. We had a problem with the turn nozzle and even several months later the company quickly took care of the issue, with a very friendly and efficient manner! Would highly recommend both the faucet and the company!
We are now installing our tub filler after months of waiting to finish our rehab due to the pandemic. The water supply hoses are too long so I called the company and talked to Kelley who assured me she would get us the proper sizes as I explained we have only a few days to finish the job since we have sold our home and must be in our apartment by the new year. I couldnt have been more relieved when Kelley said she would get it done! Which is why I give this a five star rating. Great service.

Looks just like one that I saw at a local bath showroom - very high end but without the high-end price. The faucet is sturdy, great style and I was able to get it in my color choice -.polished nickel. Highly recommend.
