Bought this Faucet about 5 months ago. Was finally able to have plumber come out to install, we found that the water supply lines were a little longer than we needed. I reached out and spoke to this company and they are going to send new customized water lines to us. This is one of the best experiences I have had after a purchase. Thanks!
Do not let the price point fool you into thinking this is not well made because it is. If you are a DIY'er plan ahead for the installation as the rough for all free standing faucets are the most important part. If done properly the installation of the faucet itself is very straight forward and easy. Thus far very pleased with the purchase.
this product is ok. it is plastic, not heavy, not sturdy. my bathroom remodel took a huge turn for the worse so I had to find a floor mounted tub filler. With my floor already done I couldn't order a nice tub filler that mounts to a floor valve in the floor joices so I had to choose a tub filler that bolts to the floor.....it wobbles every time we turn it on, adj the water temp or switch to hand held. the only awesome positive about this item is the water pressure is outstanding so that makes up for the wobbly DIY like tub filler. so in a pinch or wanting a cheap update I say go for it, i think this is the best you can find! but if you are remodeling from scratch, spend the extra money (you can squeeze it in budget, i promise) because you will kick yourself every time you use this for not buying a more solid metal tub filler.
The faucet is beautiful. However the installation was a huge problem because the water hoses they sent are super long and if you are installing on concrete they will not work. These are not regular hoses you can buy at the hardware store because they have a special fitting.
It looks nice but too much hassle with the installation.
