We looked at a bunch of freestanding faucets - and this is one the only one that was under $500 that didn't look cheap. It's well made and heavy (feels and looks expensive). It works really well and just makes such a statement in our bathroom. Very easy to install.
We did have an issue with the sprayer attachment- it wouldn't work, seems to be clogged or something. I reached out to the company and they immediately called me and are sending me another one. So, the customer service is incredible. I've never gotten such a quick response from customer service.
I looked at a bunch of these all over the internet and this was the only one in our price range that had all good reviews. Seriously, just buy it! :]
