We are remodeling our Master Bath and purchased this freestanding tub filler to compliment our new freestanding tub. The faucet is very pretty and compliments the other hardware in the bath.
Our home is one level on concrete. Upon installation the plumber required shorter hoses than what was supplied with the tub filler. I called Kelly at Sanitary Ware who immediately received my request to supply the hoses. She said there would be no charge and the hoses would be made the next day. Hard to believe these days.
We can't wait to get it all installed. We are simply amazed at the incredible customer service with this company...We highly recommend this company even before we are actually using the filler.
