This trampoline is very nice. The bounce is great. I had ordered a cheaper one before i got this one and the mate was really lose and made it hard to jump and the kids hated it. So i packed that one back into the box which was a huge pain and ordered this one. Now the kids are happy and even i enjoy jumping on it.
We ordered a trampoline from Lowes that came with more holes in the frame than on the mat. We could have exchanged, but instead we returned and sprung for this one and it was the BEST decision. The assembly was super simple, the hardware is so much sturdier, and the kids love it. Worth every penny. great for the low price
I love this trampoline it is great. I can tell that it was made well and will last a long time. We have crazy wind storms so I did tie it down as you can see in the pictures. The cover that came with it was great during an ice storm. The outer net is very well built. My only complaint is that the zipper keeps coming off the track. I can realign and rezip, but I probably need to sew it to get it to stay. I am not worried my kids are 13 and 6 and I jump on it with them! I am only 53 but the whole thing is solid.
We purchased this 15 trampoline a few years ago. Weve enjoyed having the trampoline now and have had zero issues with it until a recent storm. I contacted the companys customer service and explained that two of the upper bars that hold the net were damaged. Customer service promptly send me two replacement bars within a few days. I couldnt be happier with the outcome! Theyre follow up is outstanding, just like the trampoline! Easy to assemble, light smell
Weve been so impressed with this trampoline! Its so sturdy and well made! We love that the net is on the outside of the pad, and that the poles are straight up - it makes it so much more spacious and has a very clean look to it!
We were disappointed that the net ripped at the entrance really quickly, but I messaged the company and sent a photo, explaining what happened and they responded within 1 day saying they would happily send a replacement net!! I was so impressed and grateful for their attention to maintaining customers and standing by their product! Highly recommend!
We assembled the trampoline in a couple hours, kids love it. We had a part missing, and had excellent customer service to quickly ship us the missing part.
