My girls love it!! Not too difficult to put together with two people. It took about 1-2 hours to put together. Directions were pretty easy to follow. So far, very sturdy. The only issue is the black plastic feet on the bottom dont stay real well. As soon as we moved the trampoline, some popped out.
This trampoline is very sturdy and well made. I have a 13 year old that spends atleast 5 hours a day on it rain or shine. We have bought others but they broke quickly. One lasted a month another 3 months. It was easy to put together. good material

We love this trampoline! Everything was top quality and it went together very easily. We had one small problem with a missing bolt for the ladder, but when I notified them, Jenna with customer service responded quickly and the problem was solved in a matter of days. Wish all companies had this level of customer service. Highly recommend! Easy to assemble

Yummy responded right away! This customer service agent was courteous, kind and concerned that I was treated right! I was contacted after I sent my initial email. Then I received emails about where they were in the plan to get my missing piece. I REALLY felt like I was a valued customer! THANK YOU YUMMY! Excellent customer service
This trampoline has been one of our best purchases. The quality of the trampoline exceeded our expectations and the customer service is beyond exceptional. I highly recommend this product for anyone looking at purchasing a quality trampoline. Its not for everyone, but its perfect for us!
A few parts of the frame were already rusted upon receipt. It says there is a 400 lb weight limit, but the frame shakes with 170 lbs. The instructions are hard to follow and riddled with typos. There was a bag of parts that were not included in the instructions. I hope it lasts, but I dont have much faith. Update: Strap on weather cover broke off on day one

Durable and easy to assemble. Not the cheapest, but sometimes you get what you pay for. Nice quality, easy too assemble, looks nice.
