Easy to put together. No parts were missing. Also no extra parts though. It was nice they give you gloves bc the metal is really greasy and dirty. My husband and I put it together in about an hour and a half I think. The kids love it and its strong enough to hold all of us.
Fantastic trampoline. Weve had it for 2 years now. Almost daily use through snow covered winters and 100 degree summers from 2 smaller kids and the occasional adventurous adults. It has held up fantastic, looks like we put it up yesterday. Getting ready to replace the mat, but that is more from negligent fireworks usage. Highly recommend.

My son and I assembled this on Christmas Eve afternoon. It took a little over 2 hours. Its very important to follow the instructions, especially regarding the installation of the springs. Excellent buy!
Watch the video. It helped. However it wasnt explained very well where to start to get the bouncing surface in the middle. It took two hours and two grandpas to put together. We absolutely love this!!!!

The only dislike was the safety net was difficult to slide on to the support poles but with two people, it can eventually get done.

This was a supersize gift for my daughter. She loves it we love it. So much fun. We live far out the city so this is perfect for my daughter. Since we cant get a pool right now. The assembly is easy, but time consuming for one person. Absolutely sturdy and heavy.

Recently I had to order replacement parts and Jenna, the representative, was amazing! She emailed me to clarify which part I needed and how many I needed, she then sent them to me in the mail free of cost. I was not expecting to get anything for free, but it was a nice surprise.
I highly recommend this trampoline, especially because if you have any issues or questions the company is quick to respond and resolve your concerns!
