It took most of the day to put together but its great. My only complaint is the strings provided to hold the netting on. They come undone constantly. We replaced them with fishing wire and it holds great now.

Absolutely perfect. I see all these reviews on wrong size. You got the right size just installed it wong. You cant just go all the way around. It wont fit and destroy your springs. Use the north south east west install instead. I feel so safe with my 3 year old son playing in it. Please read instructions they send you.
Directions are messed up. It will give you something to do, but the next step will be something you should have done before the previous step. So far the trampoline is ok. I will update if we find errors
Great product! Extremely satisfied and so are our kiddos! We were missing a few parts for the ladder due to the shipping company. I reached out to the seller and they responded in less than 24 hours that they would make things right when they didnt have to due to it being the shippers error. BRAVO TO BETTY!! She was extremely easy to work with and we received our parts two days after our request. Your kiddos will love it and youll have exceptional customer service when you work with Betty! She even followed up to make sure we received everything and that we were happy with the new parts. The kids have played non stop and it only took my husband 4.5 beers to put it together.
Great trampoline. Easy to assemble. There is a tiny hole in the black fabric part, but overall great quality so far. I wish trampolines came with a better anchor system as we live in a windy area. Super safe overall feel though.
We have had our trampoline about a year. Living in Oklahoma we have crazy winds and one came loose and the winds bent it crazy! I contacted customer care and working with Kelly has been a dream!! She has been amazing with helping us secure the parts we need to fix ours! I even made an error on my end picking the wrong pole, instead of saying too bad she was soooo kind and said no worries she will get me the right one! Anyone looking for a trampoline its very safe, fun and any issues they help you very fast! Highly recommend! Thank you Kelly for making my babies happy again jumping away!
We have only had this trampoline for a couple months now, but we did have a storm come in last night and it stayed put. Was really easy to put together. Also.
