This is a great trampoline. I was hesitant to purchase online but read the reviews and decided to do it. It took a little work for us to put together but we have never put up a trampoline before so there is that to account for. Directions were fairly easy to follow though. My kids are 15, 13 and 10 and so I wanted a durable trampoline and this has been great for us! It has reached its 450 lbs max quite a few times and has really been great with all the kids on it. Net is sturdy and it has been great. We are happy with it!
as many of you have noticed there is an overwhelming selection of trampolines, thankfully i found this one and im glad i was picky! i got it within 3 days or ordering, only took a couple hours to put together, doing it alone is possible but a lot easier with at least one more person. came with a tarp for rain protection as well. i got the 16 and am super happy with it!
This has been a solid product and has stood up very well to the weather and year-round use. We may have found its limit when our son grew over the past three years to reach nearly 6 feet tall and 200 pounds. He wore out several frame parts as it approached the end of the third year. I thought I might have to replace it, and contacted customer service just to find out about an option for replacement parts. To my surprise, their agent Milka offered to send three large steel parts free of charge, though we were a few months out of warranty on the frame. They charged only for the shipping. They were very friendly and attentive through the whole experience. I wouldnt hesitate to shop with them again.

It was pretty easy to assemble this trampoline. Quality is great! Its surviving my two teenager kids.
After 4 years very strong wind flipped this trampoline over and some parts were damaged.
Ive contacted by email and they fixed problem right away, providing me the replacement parts very quickly! I was very impressed with their customer support.

We bought this because we thought the quality would be a lot higher than the ones that were a couple hundred dollars less. Well, its exactly the same. The mat in the same as all the other trampolines (in the picture it looks like its smoother different material) nope! I wish we would have just got a 300-400$ trampoline instead spending the $ money on this one. Now we know.
Edit: the company gave me a 200$ refund for my dissatisfaction. So that worked out.
The trampoline was very easy to install and we have had it for over a year now and the kids love it. We have had terrible wind lately where we live, and one of the netting post bent and then broke. I reached out to the company not knowing what to expect on if they would send a new one out or not, and they have been fantastic. Within a day or two of reaching out I have a tracking number and the post is scheduled to be at my house within a week. This company is fantastic and the customer service is top notch. Highly recommend. Great quality and design for the value

I had an issue with the net soon after the trampoline was purchased and assembled. Pearl from customer service went above and beyond at timely rectifying the situation.
