Hope it had been made in America

The chair is comfortable. Expected a little more padding

    Not a good purchase.

Not good quality. Feels like they can break anytime. Poor material quality. Not comfortable at all.

    Comfortable

The comfort was perfect for my mom. She loves the USB connections.

    The chair is too small!

My disabled husbands feet hung over the footrest and I had put a pillow for his head because the back was too short also He is not a large man, 510. We tried to make do with it for a few days but it was not worth the hassle. I returned the chair!

After 2.75 years of daily use

costs 2/3 less than the medical supply store! easy to assemble operate for my 89 yo mom! Update / its been over a year of frequent daily use and still operates like new. upholstery material cushioning still like new. my mom loves it. Update / its been 2 3/4 years, still functions fine but the material on the arms has worn out. for the money, I expected the material to last a lot longer.

    This chair was not stable

When lifting and putting back down it trembled / made you feel like it was going to spill you out.

    Saves my knees!

I needed a lift chair because of arthritis in my knees. The lift really helps. The chair looks ok. I really like the charger port. Very convenient.

    Great seat!

Would have liked a battery pack for when electricity is out.

    Worth the money

The chair is very attractive. The seat could be softer. Only slight issue I have is that it creaks a little going up and down. Over all a nice buy.

    PRICE

NEEDS TO HAVE A BATTERY BACKUP BECAUSE IF POWER GOES OUT YOU ARE STUCK IN THE CHAIR IN RECLINED POSITION VERY HARD GET OUT OF THE CHAIR WHEN THIS HAPPENS.
