Purchase this chair and did not last but 1 year and 3 months after the warranty has expired, when the remote control stopped working. The company will then sell you another remote for 25.00
I recently had back surgery. I own a nice older model Barcalounger. Unfortunately for me it was a manual model with the pull lever to tip it back. Due to A) My short arms and B) the extremely stringent restrictions placed on me post surgery I arrived home and literally had nowhere to sit/ recline. ( I cant bend, lift or twist or reach behind me. Only allowed to sit upright/ stand upright for 20 mins, then back to a reclining position either in a bed or a recliner). I could sit in my old recliner but then I was trapped and so was my spouse because he could not leave me to go anywhere because I could not go to the bathroom while he was gone. Waaayyy unacceptable We purchased this chair on 10/22/21. It stated that it would arrive on the 28th. Not happy because I was stuck in bed until then but hey.whatcha gonna do, right?? Wrong This chair arrived in 2 days and saved me! So easy to assemble and the remote allows me to get up and down by myself, freeing my husband to do the hundred other chores needed to help me recover properly. It is so comfortable for my back that after owning it for 2 days I have begun sleeping in it at night also because it is easier to get in and out of than my bed. Great bed for a great price!
This chair is very comfortable. Excellent padding and support in the back. Seat area and arms are quite comfy. The reclining and lift functions which are powered, work well.
I was shipped one wrong box. Wrote the seller via website. They answered within hours and shipped me the correct box very quickly. Also arranged pickup for the wrong box. They were totally on top of the process once they were informed of the mistake. I am very appreciative of their support.
Great chair love it, does what is suppose to do, it is very comfortable and I love the stand up part it helps with my bad back. Thank you Mocombo. For a great chair.
Bought chair for Mom. She loves it so much. She sits sleeps in it all day only leaving to use bathroom or eat. She still very comfortable after using it over a year.
