I have severe RA and am preparing for my second knee replacement. I dont like recliners of any kind, so I did a lot of research. I even considered renting one.
In the end, I felt like it was a purchase I would benefit from.
I chose no heat or massage. I just add those features.
I never sleep anywhere except my bed, but I have spent several post surgery nights propped in my new chair. For me, it goes back to the perfect height. Being completely flat was not important to me.
I would highly recommend the chair and the companys kind and caring customer service.
Disappointing. Probably should not have purchased online, but recently out of surgery and needed a lift chair sooner than later. The chair does its job tipping me in and out which was most important. Not very comfortable (needs more padding especially on footrest) and I cannot sit on it for any length of time. The two USB ports do not work at all. Would not reccomend.
Got this for my 94 year oldmom who has serious knee problems. Chair lift helps her get on her feet. Seat could srand to be more padded.I can feel the wood frame near the edge of the seat when I sit in it. But mom loves it so far.
Ive only had it a few weeks. Its not a big chair and it should not be compared to a higher priced, better/built Lay/Z/Boy. Not intended for rough usage. As for size, I would say good for up to medium/ish sized man. I am 59 and weigh 240 and its almost snugish but fine / I didnt buy it for my everyday use. As for comfort, I would rate it good for smaller people and normal for taller. I like the fabric. Its relatively soft and comfortable and doesnt seem cheap.

If your over 5 feet 5 inches for get it
Im 5/8 and the chair to small.
