    Perfect For Sleepovers

Purchased exclusively for a nephew to come over and sleep on. We put ours underneath a bunk bed, for a third bed. The frame is sturdy, and when taken care of, will last quite a while. The children that are on this bed range from ages 7-14; holds up well during use. Easily put together, 7 yr old son helped took them less than an hour to do.

    Awesome bed!

This bed is awesome! It was pretty easy to put together. It helps if you have one person getting the parts and another actually putting it together. It is very sturdy and makes a ton of space in my son's room. Since everything is metal, you will probably have to check the bolts periodically to make sure they stay tight. I am very satisfied with this bed. I'm not sure if it's worth $300.00, though. I got it when it was $199. Maybe check back and see if the price goes down later? I bought this bed for my son, who's 4, and was growing out of his toddler bed. He has a little bit of a hard time getting into the bed since there isnt an opening by the ladder. But he doesn't seem to mind. Overall, great product!

    Good Bed

Cheaper at Walmart! Very good bed! Sturdy and my boys (13 & 10) like it! VERY tall so lots of head room for the lower bunk but not so much for the top if you have lower ceilings. Wipes clean easily! Did have a little trouble with the instructions but I managed to put it together myself!

    Worth The Money...But time consuming

Okay so we took on two new babies and needed to change our current household from 3 children in a 4 bedroom to 5 children in a 4 bedroom. My two eldest boys were bunked up and my oldest son being 16 and quite tall needed a bed that could accommadate him comfortably, however my second oldest son needed something more his size which was drastically smaller. We looked for a twin over full bunk bed set and found a very reasonably priced one through and very reluctantly purchased it (bugdetary decision). Comparable beds were alot more money and I did want a metal framed bed because of the style of their room and I felt it would last longer and be more durable than a wooden on. I did not want a bed that would squeak and squawk with every movement or a thrown together contraption that would only last a year. Well once it arrived in a very narrow but long box I knew I was in for it...piece after piece...piece H, screw 8, slat M....on and on...oh I will tell you I had to step away a few times...it took me almost 4 hours to complete the construction of this bed. But mainly because I am not the "putter-together" in our home and I was excited about the project and wanted to do it alone. But if you take it slowly and pay attention to the very detailed and easy-to-read instrutions you will be fine. After we finished we were very happy with the end result as are my son's. It is a very nice looking bed but more importantly, well made and very sturdy. Given the amount of work it took to put it together I know that bed is very secure, safe and from what my son's have said since it has been up...comfortable. They are so happy with it and I am very happy I purchased it!

    Great deal for the money

Overall this is a great bunk bed for the money. It is sturdy and looks great. I only gave it four stars for two reasons. First, putting it together was a pain because the directions were not explicit enough, very poor directions. Second, the ladder hurts your feet. Not a big complaint, but my daughter has complained about that. But we are happy with the purchase and would buy it again.

    Great value, some assembly required

I've been using this loft bed for over 2 months now and I am pretty happy with it. Good stability, decent quality and finish and simply does what I bought if for: Giving me a place to sleep while freeing up the space underneath to put my computer and art table. I am a pretty small adult (120lbs)and my bedroom is tiny, so this works great. The assembly was a bit odd, as certain parts were mis-labeled and the drawings were somewhat incorrect in detailed areas. But being the nerd that I am, I read the instruction manual first and modified it to my needs. There were plenty of spare parts and I put it together in under 3 hour (by myself). The plastic sealing tabs holding the bed base bars were a bit stiff, so I bent them a bit using a locking wrench, and they went in easier (saved my thumbs). Also there were a few holes that were outside their tolerance level, so I had to bend the bars a bit to get the screws in place. But not bad, if you have a wall to lean against and some good old fashioned elbow grease. Overall, I like this bed. It's a great value for the money, and with a little head work and a friend to help you, assembly should be a snap.

    Great for kids.

The instructions are easy enough as long as you apply a little common sense. I picked this bunk bed because I needed extra room in my kids bedroom. The fact that it was made out of metal was another reason. The bed is strong and sturdy for my 2 boys. I gave 4 stars only because the squeaks every time they move even the slightest bit. For the price its a good bed

    Great buy , excellent product.

If you can read , easy set up. Took about "two hours" with all the tools provided. The clips are a challenge , but if you take a pair of pliers and bend the clip inward slightly , you can pop em right in no problem. Just one at a time. The bed overall is a tank and has outstanding qualities for the cost. Also if your feet are week on the steps , go to the hardware store buy 3/4" pipe insulation and gorilla tape, if your buying black. Cut to fit , and nice and neatly fold a strip of tape on each side for a padded ladder.

Looks really nice and well engineered

I bought this for my daughter's 11th birthday and she & I put it together this afternoon. She didn't believe her mom could do it, but I've put lots and lots of projects like this together over the years. I really liked how well organized all the parts were so it was no trouble figuring out the directions. The diagrams were easy to follow, though I did did a typo in which part number I needed in one step. Not difficult to figure out when you refer to the diagram. The whole thing took me about 6 hours to put together, there are a lot of pieces. One step was a particular pain in the butt because you have to snap these little plastic tabs into I think 20 slots. Tight fit. I'm ony 5'0" , so someone taller with a better visual vantage point and arm angle probably wouldn't take so long. For the reasonable price, I don't think you can beat this.
