Bed frame arrived safely, contents in package were well packed. I had a thank you note written in marker on outside of the box thanking me for purchasing their product! As for the bed frame -- it's just wonderful!! I put it together in about 5 minutes!!! Easy peasy! The hook/latch set up is the best for hooking the frame together - easiest and fastest too - no need for screw drivers or missing parts! Looks amazing, very stable/sturdy. Made in the USA!! I am using a gel/tempurpedic mattress on it and it is great. The slats are spaced well and having the middle support and smaller slats on each side of middle support is great ( I had long slats on an old bed frame years ago and they eventually sag. Also had the same corner latch set up on the old bed which worked great - easy to dismantle and not lose parts ever!). Great company! I would buy another bed from them and will recommend to friends. Looks great and fits our new Casper bed perfectly. My only complaint is that it seems to squeek alot. There might be a fix for that I hope but I havent found it yet. Otherwise great support and well made
Love the bed frame! My husband and I decided to upgrade from a queen to a cal king. Our Queen was a wood bed frame so we wanted to a cal king frame that was wood also but wouldn't break the bank. This frame is great. Matches our bedroom furniture perfectly and is very durable. It was very easy to put together, the frame was up within less than 10 minutes. We've had it for a couple of months now and couldn't be happier with our purchase.
I had a bed frame already. After about a year of use I needed to move and considered bringing the bed frame with me. Unfortunately, the frame was put together with hex screws and the original installation performed by a large furniture company based in Southern California was performed poorly. The drive portion of the screws had been worn out and I was not able to take the bed apart without using special tools or damaging the frame.
Why does all that matter? I threw the old bed frame away and decided to look for something else that would last, something I could put together and take apart on a whim since my job dictates I need to move every now and then. I didn't find anything because I am stupid. My wife, however, is smart! She found this bed frame and told me to pay for it. And I did.
I actually contacted the company, too, because I can't help but hassle companies when I give them $100 or more. I don't know, it's just a thing for me. The customer support at eLuxury is awesome, so awesome that even if I hated the bed I would still recommend buying a bed frame from them.
Fortunately, I do love the bed. There is no need for a box spring with the slats on this frame and the sturdy construction means I can sleep with ease knowing that my bed frame is not going to cave in and swallow my corpulent body in the middle of the night. I have a nice mattress already, but the bed frame provides the right amount of support to ensure I sleep comfortably.
I highly recommend this bed frame as well as the seller. Shipping was prompt and the item was as described. They do not mess with photos to give you a false impression of what you are buying. Honesty is currency as far as I am concerned, which makes eLuxury the wealthiest bed frame seller I know.

This is a gorgeous piece of furniture! It is very sturdily made, real solid wood and not a cheap piece of junk. The stain on the wood of the frame itself is a rich, dark color.
This bed frame arrived in one long (heavy!) box that was easy to open and I had the frame put together in minutes by myself. It took longer to carry each piece into the room it would be set up in than it did to set up. You literally just slide the side rail pieces into the headboard and footboard (which is easy to do), then lay the slats on top ... done! It might be easier to put together if a second set of hands was available to hold the side up to slip the headboard/footboard in, but I was able to do it by myself without trouble. I don't consider myself to be any smarter than the next guy, so I would imagine most anyone could put this bed frame together solo.
I put this bed in my guest bedroom, but I had a chance to sleep on it several times myself already, and it's definitely a solid piece of furniture. I'm not small person, and this bed held together very wall with no shifting, squeaking, etc. Great craftsmanship.
I did have a slight problem with one piece that the seller addressed immediately, and overall it was a good experience. I was offered the opportunity to purchase this bed frame at a discount in exchange for my honest review, and I would definitely buy from this company again. The customer service is tops!
The frame is great and I'm delighted. I read other reviews before purchasing; as mentioned there are no tools needed and it is very easy to assemble. That's the reason I purchased it; but it's also beautiful, simple and elegant. The box is very heavy and I felt sorry for the Fed Ex delivery man that had to carry it.
Purchased this for my son as a size upgrade. He is 11. Anyway ordered it and it arrived in the time. The packaging was neat and not damaged. I pulled the pieces out and put it together by myself (I'm 5'6 and female) in about 10 minutes... If that. It was beautifully finished wood and very easy to assemble. Its very sturdy and stylish. We are very satisfied!!!
We love our new bed! It arrived very quickly. It was missing a small (crucial) piece of wood, but my husband was able to fab something up easy enough (although the sellers would've sent us a whole new piece if we wanted). It's not so high up that you can't get into it, and I'm 5 feet tall. We have a Beautyrest mattress, which is 10 inches thick. I have in fact banged my shin off it only once. BUT, it could just be the way our mattress sits on it too. It is really a beautiful, solid bed. It's also noise free!
The seller is great too! They are willing to help with whatever you need. I am a real buyer too. I paid full price! Buy this bed if you are considering it. You'll love it!
Assembly was easy with only a hammer used to gently tap the attaching parts together. I did encounter the little splinters that another reviewer mentioned but they did not pose a problem. Wearing work gloves would help.
