I purchased this bed frame back in 2016. Finding a suitable bed frame for a latex mattress proved difficult. This one was one of the only affordable ones I could find. It's pretty nice looking in person, although some areas have begun to look faded. I was very happy with the customer service I received from the company as well. Many slats kept breaking in the frame initially. My husband and I are not heavy, and we weren't jumping on the bed or anything like that. The company sent replacements.
Purchased in December have had it for about 4 months now. I was concerned about the packaging as my house is the last stop on our UPS guys route but to my delight everything was well packed and intact. I purchased a full size frame and it fits my mattress perfectly. A long beam goes down the middle onto which the slats fit into. It appears to be real wood none of that particle board mess, but I chose to error on the side of caution and also purchased a support for the middle beam and used the box it came in so my mattress wouldn't sink between the slats.
as advertised, this bed is very easy to assemble. i am not a very handy person. i had not issues and it took me about 20 minutes.
the bed has enough slats to fully support my mattress (leesa). pretty much, the bed is exactly what i was expecting.
I'm trying to figure out how to get in touch with the company. I can't seem to find a link.
I was sent some replacement slats (6 I think) a month into owning this bed and after using the bed for 9 months we've gone through all 6. The slats are plywood and break easily. I'm 115 lbs and my husband is 180 lbs. We are so careful getting in and out of the bed but if you put all your weight in one spot they snap.
Please let me know how I can get some more replacement slats and if they're available in hardwood not plywood?

I was looking for a wood frame that is virtually free of metal and was happy to have found one at a good price. It's really well made and nice in quality. I ordered the Almond stain, which looks slightly darker and more orange than shown in the picture. The bed arrives in pieces and no tools are needed to put everything together. You just fit all the pieces together in their slats, which is great, but I do wish there was a way to secure the corners of the frame permanently so that if you are trying to move the bed, it doesn't all fall apart. So it makes it a little difficult trying to get your bed centered in the room. Also, every now and then, the bottom slats pop out of the frame. It's a simple fix of just pushing it back in, but it's just another observation. Overall, I'm still very happy with the product.
Great purchase. I will always buy this frame for my beds, for a couple reasons.
1. Only minuets to put it together. NO TOOLS needed I am a female, and not strong. I didn't need help. Comes apart to stores easily in cabinet, closet or under another bed. 2. I like formal and casual beds: frame, with box spring and mattress makes a high bed for elegance. Also low normal height for a causal bed for teens or modern look. 3. I put gliders under the feet and can easily move the bed around the room. 4. Quality product. 5. You can easily attach a headboard to the frame. Also, the bed skirt fits a 2 heights for tall skirt or normal length.
Love love love this gorgeous bed! Easy to put together, gorgeous, real wood, and even a hand written thank you note! We love the look and that it's made in the USA. The only reason I'm taking a star away is because it arrived with a little damaged section on one of the visible sides of a main board. I'll post a picture soon. I would still buy again!
Also just a note- we are using this frame with a memory foam mattress and the slats are about 5-6 apart so, as another reviewer suggested, we laid some clean cardboard across the top of the slats and that works beautifully!
Assembly was not as easy as I had hoped with no hardware needed. Probably would have been easier if two people were assembling. Once the frame was assembled the rest was simple. Very happy with the look, have been sleeping on it for a month and no issues yet.
