Ordered the twin XL and though the box was pretty beaten up when it arrived it was packaged well so there was no damage done. Very easy to assemble, we didn't need any tools, and its incredibly sturdy. So far so good!
This has been in use for a little over a week and not one single creek to be heard after being placed directly on a hard surface floor, no rug underneath. Very stable, no shifting and easy enough to put together my 11 year old daughter did it. We are using a Tuft and Needle mattress with a single fitted sheet and duvet. It is so comfortable and incredibly solid. Very comparable to the bed it replaced which had the initials PB. Simple design. Highly recommend!

Item arrived fast- 3 days. Good, solid little frame. Super easy to put together and taller than expected. Works well with memory foam mattress without need for a base.
Best sleep I've had in a long time as slats provide good support. I might consider adding a solid 3/4 piece of plywood on top of slats to prevent mattress from falling in between slats, but really don't think it necessary. If I had a base for mattress, it would be too high - like your grandma's bed when you were a kid.

I mostly purchased this frame because of the ease to assemble that other reviews mentioned. However we have an issue with one of the wooden support blocks in the middle. It definitly was an issue of quality control as the indent where the wooden slats were supposed to be placed was too small. We have to crack the wood open with a hammer and a spatula. It would have taken 20 minutes to assemble if it wasn't for that defect. It took us an hour but we were able to shove the wooden planks into it and place the bed on top. Other than that I am really enjoying this frame. We ordered the Cal King for a Lull foam mattress.
Love the frame. Real wood. Great color, super easy to put together. I had to add some spacers to the center supports bc they where cut a lil to wide but no big deal.
I absolutely love my new bed frame. It took me 20 minutes to remove pieces from the box and put the frame together. I am a female and wanted a frame that would be easy to put together on my own. I love that it is made from real wood, not the cheap boards that you usually find from places that sell frames. This frame is totally worth the money. Very sturdy. No tools required! Not one! If I had a reason to buy another one, I would!
