Directions: some reviews suggest the instructions are hard to follow. I had no issue with it personally. I had it together in roughly an hour. That said, there are some tight spaces that are more difficult to secure. But you will have that with any chair.
Look: I love the look. It fits my area perfectly.
Overall, I am very happy with the chair and am sitting in it as I type it. Your opinion on the chair is going to depend on what you are looking for. I dont need a chair to be super soft. I dont mind it being a little stiff. With the instructions, Im not terribly handy, and I was fine. I would recommend it.
Chair is nice, comfortable. Shipping as usual took longer than it should have. Everything I buy off of lately is delayed shipping. Everyone I talk to that uses says the same thing. Shipping is terrible.
Feels and looks great
My chair arrived with some scuffing on the lower wheel and a small treat under the left armrest. Just be sure to inspect each part before you assemble the chair. If I had noticed the tear before I had it together, I would have sent it back.

It great for average sized people. As a big person is rubs my sides alittle. Its made very well and was easy to put together.
