Directions: some reviews suggest the instructions are hard to follow. I had no issue with it personally. I had it together in roughly an hour. That said, there are some tight spaces that are more difficult to secure. But you will have that with any chair.
Look: I love the look. It fits my area perfectly.
Overall, I am very happy with the chair and am sitting in it as I type it. Your opinion on the chair is going to depend on what you are looking for. I dont need a chair to be super soft. I dont mind it being a little stiff. With the instructions, Im not terribly handy, and I was fine. I would recommend it.
