The bottom line is that you get what you paid for. The material quality is fine the the comfort and me anime have a lot to be desired.

    JUNK

Wish i had saved my money. This chair is junk

    Good chair

Sturdy for big guys. Rolls 360 smoothly and is easy to assemble. The chair doesn't go all the way back but leans enough to enjoy tv. I'm 6ft and the back of my head is held by the chair's headrest. Depending on how long you plan to sit it's comfortable, anything over 4 hours can be less comfortable. I'm 330lbs so the chair is right at its limit. Changing positions is a must for extended time sitting, my opinion.

We are still able to use it. I had to use a pair grips to squeeze it together

I ordered two of these recliner, one was easy to put together, the other had a manufacture defect. I was able to put it together except for that one part wear the screw would not connect to the bar. On the left side. at the bottom

    Comfort

I sit in this chair for viewing TV, for reading and occasionally for napping. Also turn toward windows to watch birds at the feeder and wild life in back yard. I LOVE this chair!!

    Customer service

Ottoman came in great shape. Chair base was cracked. Customer service was very responsive. Company sent out a new base which I installed (very easy) I love the chair.

For the price what do you want

In less than a month after receipt of the first swiveling rocker upon swiveling the base made a grinding noise. I contacted McCombo and they sent me the base for the Ottoman. This did not help with the swiveling base. Then a week or so later the sent a new swiveling base part and new hardware. So I took the original chair apart and reassembled the swiveling again. They did not provide paperwork to return the original grinding swiveling base. So I took it apart and had to dispose of it. The new base is okay but now makes some grinding noise. Oh well

Missing parts, very unhappy with product.

Not worth the money I paid for it. Missing bolts on the braces for ottoman. Reclines ok but has to be pulled back up to sitting position by holding onto arm rest while pulling the back up with other hand. I desperately need this chair or I would have sent it back. Will never purchase a product from this company again.
