We like the chair. It does make a squeaky noise when swiveling. It is a nice smaller light weight option instead of a full recliner yet still fits a 6'-4 person.
I am an 87 year old female and I assembled the chair myself. Chair is comfortable and sturdy, though yet a little stiff when trying to recline.

Just finished assembling the chair. As stated, the chair comes in 2 boxes. Box 2 was delivered by FedEx on Sunday and box 1 was delivered on Monday (very confusing and concerning).
The assembly instructions are very poor as is stated in most all reviews. You have to guess in most cases and theres one section that will take 2 people (no way around it, be prepared).
Now for the good news. Its a good-looking comfortable chair and great value for the price. This chair is a replacement for a 20-year-old similar chair that cost 3x as much. Only time will tell how long this one will last. For now, Im very happy with it.
Update: I worked with their customer service on a minor issue, and they were great. I changed my rating from 4 stars to 5 stars.
Super value and comfortable. I also own an ekornes stressless and would not compare it to that but for a tenth the price is just perfect for what it is.

Nice chair!
This chair and ottoman is better than expected! Its a favorite of everyone. Love the neck support and it looks great.
