Ive always wanted this type of bed frame. I love it!!!!! It took an hour or so to assemble with my husband, but was fairly simple. It has held up well for a few months now. The black color is matte, not shiny, in case that makes a difference with your decision in buying this. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a canopy bed frame.
it turned my basic king bed in to a relaxing beautiful fortress. I used regular window curtains and then drapped a canopy net over them. Works like a charm. The poles a light weight, they have help up well, but i probably wouldnt hang from them or put super heavy weight on them. Tip: use clear tape to hold poles together, makes things easier to put together and sturdier!
I was kinda disappointed with this purchase as I feel the bed frame was a little smaller than expected as well as it having a couple scratches when it arrived. It did come faster than expected though.

Kinda disappointed
