it turned my basic king bed in to a relaxing beautiful fortress. I used regular window curtains and then drapped a canopy net over them. Works like a charm. The poles a light weight, they have help up well, but i probably wouldnt hang from them or put super heavy weight on them. Tip: use clear tape to hold poles together, makes things easier to put together and sturdier!
