When it first came in, the package wasnt in a good!!!! shape at all and some Tool parts were missing, have to replace with another one. Then the replacement came in it also wasnt in good!!!! shape but everything was in there. Easy to set it up and got it done in two hours.
I absolutely love this bed, but I only got 3 support beams (10s) for under the bed, and I was shorted nuts, I had to get more nuts at Home Depot, and dont have the support I should have for underneath. Sellers, please send a support bar for the 4th one I am missing.
The bed frame was missing a couple of pieces, I contacted the company by email and they responded the same day. They they asked for the missing part number and they stated that they would send out my missing pieces. This was all done within a couple of days. Love their customer service and the bed is of great!!!! quality. Would recommend this company and would purchase from them again. Thank you
I love the way the bed came out they have great!!!! customer service ! I would definitely buy this again but the only thing is that it is hard to build I think it took me about 4-5 hours to build the bed and I was 38+ weeks pregnant lol but honestly I love the way it came out I love the design and everything ! Its best if you build it with 2 people because I did it alone and it was hard but it was well worth it my daughter loves the bed ! Ill add pictures soon !
The antique bed I had was special to me but my heart always wanted a canopy bed so when I saw the frame post kit I had to have it. The product arrived sooner than anticipated and was easily assembled by me, who is not good!!!! at putting things together. There are three parts to each of the sturdy canopy frames which simplifies when you need to take things apart - when my dog tried to jump onto the bed, the joist came apart and was easily put back together without any damage. The framework is the right size to inserted curtains bought from . String LED lights (of course from ) made my bed spectacular. I have thought about painting the chrome so it doesnt stand out as much but havent gotten around to that task.
Not sturdy at all and it falls apart very easy with any movement. The seller advised to tape it but wasnt willing to supply anything to assist. It serves it purpose though with some additional tweaks
I got two of these for my kids and so far so good!!!! the kids love them I added lights and a canopy its been a few months and they seem to be holding up pretty good!!!! and for the price you just cant beat it
