the assembly was very easy. The instructions are pictures and self-explanatory. The frame that contains the drawers are flexible and move about some.
I loveee this bed. It is sturdy and the slats provide very strong support for the mattress. I plan on buying one for my grandson.
Everything about the bed frame is great, except that we often accidently kick the middle two legs with our foot. It would be perfect if some soft coverings could be added to the two middle legs of the bed.
I have been using this for about a week and a half now. Im really happy with the purchase. The bed looks really nice and I cant wait until I can finish the room with coordinating colors (my existing furniture is dark wood...I plan on chalk painting it to match the bed). Not a true bright white, has a bit of a gray cast to it, but I likeee it!!!. Assembly furniture is never fun, but I only yelled at my assembly partner once, and I call that a win
This bed frame had clear directions and we could tell that has perfected the process for the bed over the years. It was so easy to put together and there were so many little things (likeee the Velcro slats) which just made us say several times, Wow! They really thought this through, Plus it looks great! My daughter is super happy with the bed.

Not only was my husband able to put the frame together all by himself in under an hour, he loveeed how easy the directions were and that all the tools needed were included with the hardware kit. The frame is perfect and matches our other bedroom furniture to the T. Definitely well worth the price... and the frame arrived days before the mattress did! Highly recommend!
