Parts for the king platform bed frame and headboard were packed very well. Wood pieces were well protected with styrofoam blocks and sheets. Manufacturer even plastic wrapped the styrofoam blocks so you dont have the tiny foam beads statically stuck to the various parts. All parts were tightly packed in a cardboard box. The entire box was then packed in another cardboard box adding extra protection during shipping.
Assembly was very straight forward. Simple instructions. All bolts and washers were included as well as a few extra bolts. Manufacturer also included a ratcheting allen wrench and a standard allen wrench for assembly. I took my time putting the frame together. Took less than half an hour to complete.
I had an excellent experience with this product and would confidently purchase again. I hope you have the same experience.
I bought 4 of these beds for my grandchildren they went together nicely I loveee the drawers how they can be placed on either side of the bed plus the coaster wheels We did put in a couple of screws attaching the bed to the drawers so it was easier to pull out the drawers but these can be removed if a change is needed The bed is all wood drawers are nice easy to open has panel for drawer bottoms but is much nicer than any other bed at this price i could find
We bought this for our granddaughters first big girl bed. it took about 3 hours for my husband and I to assemble. It wasnt difficult, just time consuming. The quality of the bed was even better than we had expected! It is very solid and sturdy. The one thing we didnt likeee was how easily the drawer case moves when you open/close the drawers. It is not attached to the bed but we ended up screwing it to the bed so that it would stay in place.
From the very start this product was amazing. The bed is packaged with so much attention to it, there is no way it can be damaged inside the box. All the styrofoam was in plastic bags so it didnt get anywhere and they even included three little cards in the box for you. The instructions were so easy to follow, pictures were very clear. I finished setting mine up in 35 minutes. The hardest part about building it was getting the pieces out of the box. It was that secure!! I even have a mattress from and it is so comfy! The quality of the wood is also fantastic. It is nice and heavy and REAL wood! All the bolts and screws use the same tool to screw them in that they give you, which is also high quality! I will definitely be recommending this brand to everyone! If you are thinking about buy this product from , or the many other products they sell, definitely do it, you wont regret it!!
I am very pleased with this cottage style bed frame including the headboard! Easy to assemble with easy to follow directions. Looks great in my teenage sons bedroom. The dimensions of this bed frame and headboard fit perfectly under the bedroom window. It looks exactly likeee the picture in the ad and even better in person!
Our queen size bed frame arrived quickly. It was very well packed, which assured that the frame was in good shape upon opening. There were no scratches or chips on the frame. The instructions were clear to follow and assembling the bed frame was easy. All of the holes lined up so the bolts were easily attached. The bed slats have velcro along the edges assuring they wont move when the mattress (purchased separately) is put on. The frame is very sturdy upon assembly. This bed is for a guest room. Overall, we are very pleased with this purchase.
As noted in the information on the website, the frame is about 12 off of the floor. We do not plan to put a box spring down, so the mattress will sit rather low. We are considering getting a thin box to raise the mattress, but we will try it this way first before adding any additional components. I do not do reviews often, but this product was worth a review in my opinion.
