We love this bed. My husband set it up in less than an hour. Very sturdy and well made. We love the small shelf since our room is too small for nightstands (we live in a studio). Its a great height off the floor too, when it was being assembled I was worried it would be too low, but its perfect.
I saved even more money by ordering a returned and repackaged item. When it arrived, the box was damaged along with a some chips in the wood posts. The product is very heavy and sturdy. Rather than trying to repackage the item, I negotiated an additional discount on the item by receiving a decent partial refund.
While I dont have much bad to say about the bed frame I do have to give a warning. The welds on the wire of the headboard are not very sturdy. Having the shelf for remotes and books has been so helpful. Up off the ground high enough for cats and storage but low enough for our older small dog to still be able to get up on.
Just be careful even if you have a lot of vanilla relationships, the headboard bars are not for holding onto no matter how gently you think you are. The welds do not hold and are for decoration.
The bed came faster than the shipping estimate, by several days. Once I got it opened, I was very impressed. The instructions were completely visual, no words at all, but they were the clearest Ive ever worked with. Each step was numbered on the piece, so there was no doubt that I was on step 1. There were only 2 types of bolts, and they were very different. I was able to tighten it up as I went along, because it was so well made that everything was square on the first try. I would recommend this to anyone. I have put together a lot of furniture, and this was the least stressful bed ever.
My daughter wanted a simple platform bed, this was the winner. Quite easy to assemble. It looks sharp and I love that it doesnt require a box spring. Theres adequate room under the bed for storage. No complaints. Would say its a good value for the cost and will be a forever part of our home now.
Love it! So sturdy, no noise, easy to put together! Back headboard is low so read measurements because my two euro pillows cover the back. The wood is gorgeous and its heavy and doesnt slide.
Easy to assemble and solid build. Im a single guy and this bed goes great. No squeaks or creeks when I get in or move about. Though make sure you have all the parts when you build. I was given two of the same part, but a bit of ingenuity and a drill allowed me to build the bed frame in its entirety. Would recommend for a queen bed frame

They are not worth the money , one of the slats broke putting it together one bed broke in a week

Sturdy, attractive, scratched easily
Easy to put together by one person. The frame is sturdy and feels very stable. The black trim was easily scratched, thats the only negative.
