I love the look of this bed frame and space under bed for storage. The wooden shelf is a great addition. However, one of the main metal pieces arrived damaged (large dent). Not something I want to take the bed apart to replace (was moving in to a new place the day I took the frame out of the box. I had help from a friend so, needed to put the bed together then and there) but, it was rather disappointing.
I had help moving it into the apartment but managed to assemble it alone. It took quite a while, as the assembly instructions can be a bit confusing, but overall it is still great. It feels really sturdy about 1 month in, definitely an upgrade from foldable metal platform beds. It might be difficult to move because of the side wooden beams that come as two long pieces, but that probably contributed to its sturdiness.
Bed frame has been a life saver for our family. Our guest room has a work at during holidays, so when an old college friend whom I hadnt seen for at least 30 years called and said she was on a sad trip an would love to visit. Not a problem, until I sat eyes on her. Years can sure change a person. From a size 6-7 to ???? . That night we heard a crash and found her in the middle of a broken bed. This frame had been awaiting for a free moment to replace an old frame just in the nick of time too! A life saver, hoping it was going to be sturdy enough for my full framed friend. (no pun intended) Easy to put up, no box frame. And fingers crossed, Still standing a week later as we hugged saying Till we meet again, I can honestly say, I had some misgivings but , it is an attractive addition to our guest room. Alls well that ends well. Sturdy little guy. Can gladly recommend.
Easy set up. Put together by myself in about an hour. Love that it comes with little wrench to screw everything together. Took one star away because the bar that holds the shelf in place was bent, and couldnt get it straightened to bolt the board in place. I had a piece of wood to use as a wedge, fixed my problem.
I was worried about not being able to set it up alone but I did just fine. Following the steps was easy, all tools included, not too heavy to manipulate with each part. I love my new bed. Fully recommend!
I opened the box and thought omgosh I am in a swedish nightmare lol. However, I was so wrong. It was the easiest assembly I have ever done. Its the first bed I have put together all by myself and it was a breeze. The instructions and labeling are made for people just like me that dont normally do this type of thing. The entire process from opening the box to putting the mattress on took 1 hour. It was easy peasy. This bed comes with everything you need to put it together plus a few extra screws just in case. The best part of the hardware is the wonderful pocket sized ratcheting allen wrench. That was brilliant to include that. Made the entire process go so much smoother. They did include a standard allen wrench as well but why would you choose that when you can use the fast version. The bed is sturdy once it is together and all the pieces seem well made with high quality materials. I love this platform bed and highly recommend.
I love the frame! For a value frame is very beautiful and sturdy. I would say the sturdiest I have.
I had to reaseble as I did not follow the instructions, but its not hard.

Trying to understand the manual was a bit hard as it is not created well but once I understood how to read it the assembly was very easy and it only took an hour to finish setting it up. It feels nice and sturdy and its low to the ground which is convenient to get on and off of. In addition, I really like the headboard piece which allows me to put stuff on it. overall I really love it and highly recommend it!
So this bed frame is ridiculously nice for the amount of money youre paying. Its super sturdy, being made with materials meant to last and which wont creak/break anytime soon. It took awhile to put together, but that was because I was on my own and this is a pretty heavy piece of furniture that has to fit together perfectly or else it wont fit. Whenever putting together, I would go ahead and make sure everything is lined up perfectly before screwing together, because youre not going to be able to bend and twist anything to force it to fit. Also have a partner with you if possible. Other than that, this is a super awesome and really gorgeous frame. I was super pleasantly surprised. Solid metal and wood screwed and welded together into a really pretty product.
This bed took about 30 minutes to assemble. The instructions were easy to follow but it is pretty obvious how to assemble the bed without the instructions. Once assembled, one person thinks the head sits slightly lower than the foot. If it does, no one else sees it and the kid sleeping on it does not notice. We all agree that the style of the headboard is perfect for the room of a teenage boy

Great value and quality
