I purchased this chair for my brother who has foot problems related to diabetes. He needed something to elevate his feet. After reading all the positive reviews this was the chair I decided on.
I ordered it knowing that it needed to arrive by the original delivery date (one week) because I was going to be gone the following week. A couple days after ordering the chair I received an email from the company saying that their has been some recent shipment delays but that they would reship the order from another warehouse and they sent me new tracking numbers. The new shipment arrived on time and the company followed up with an additional email to make sure everything arrived.
The chair itself was extremely easy to put together. It is comfortable, easy to use, and since I purchased the medium size it fits in my brothers small apartment and works for his 510 height.
Overall, I am very happy with the chair and the support I received from the company.
This power lift recliner has all the features I needed for my mother. The chair is exactly as described and works beautifully. She uses it daily and loves it.
I am writing this review after about 5 days of use. I bought this for my 80 year old mother to help with her mobility. The chair assembly is very easy and doesnt require any tools. It has an impressive range of motion and the motor is smooth. The USB ports are conveniently located and it seems someone put a lot of thought into this product. So far, Im happy with the purchase.
Im a senior and bought the chair because of chronic pain. It was great because it had massage and heat. I noticed that I had to keep turning off the heat because it was burning my back. Then one time it finally ended up burning a hole through the chair back and my back. Very dissatisfied.
