I have updated my rating to 5 stars due to s customer service prompt reply to my issue. They were very timely in offering to send replacement electrical components for the chair. These new parts only took a couple of days to arrive and, after replacing them, the chair is now working perfectly again.
Their customer service was top notch.
Both of the remote controls stopped working yesterday, less than 6 months after buying this chair. I re/checked all of the cords to make sure they were all plugged in, but the electronic mechanisms are still not working. My elderly mother got stuck in a reclined position in this chair yesterday due to this. Does anyone have suggestions on how to best reach the manufacturer? The phone number that I found online just rings and rings.
We bought two of these chairs for my in/laws who have mobility issues about a year ago. The chairs look nice and are very comfortable; they LOVE them. Recently, we had an issue with the remote (was not really a warranty issue), and within 24 hours customer service had a new one in the mail. They were fast, polite and professional. I am really amazed by the excellent customer service, and the chairs are well worth the money!
This chair is comfortable, the heat and massage are great, leaning back or just putting up your feet is awesome! Mom loves the lift part so she can get up easily! Buy one!
Chair arrived way earlier than expected. I purchased this chair for my mom, very easy to assemble, the instructions were very simple to follow.
Material seems sturdy. So far in the few days she has been using it, its been great! Her PT has already asked for the item info to purchase one for her family member.

This arrived in two boxes and was easy to put together. I brought this for my husband who had surgery to help with easing out a chair. He loves this chair. Its not a lazy boy, but it great substitute. The only thing is it raises to the stand position very slowly.
Up date to previous review. Product support was excellent. The support team responded to my emails within 24 hours and supplied a new arm after receiving two that were for the same side. All my issues were resolved to 100% satisfaction.
I purchased this chair for my wife so it would be easier for her to get in and out of then her swivel recliner. The chair arrived earlier than expected. The directions could have been a little better but I was able to assemble easily. The only thing I do not care for is the heat only works when using the message function
is on. I wish they were separate. Otherwise very pleased with the product.
Love the many sleeping positions in the chair. Has many extras that I like; also side pockets and charging spot for my Kindle Book. My husband put the chair together and did a great job thanks to good directions and some critical thinking !

I bought this for my elderly mother whom we just moved into assisted living. She LOVES it and says it is very comfortable.
