This chair was built for me, Im sure. Never has one been so comfortable. It looks terrific, works exactly as described and was a great value for the money.
I got this for my husband for his birthday. He has needed a power chair for years but resisted. When this arrived he was quite excited. Now I cant get him out of it! Its the best chair hes ever owned!
Buyer beware. I recently purchased this chair and a lot of the listed dimensions are incorrect. Ive tried several times to contact the seller but have been given the usual run around. On top of that, I initially wanted the 7045 model that was listed for sale but the 7040 model showed up without any notice with the seller saying that the dimensions are the same for both chairs. I took it upon myself to measure the chair according to what their diagrams show and there was a big difference in the measurements with most not correct. The chair is quite a bit smaller then the ad says.
The product is exactly what was needed to assist my elderly sister with her mobility in standing. She has sciatica nerve problems, so she is able to get relief. Thank you.
The chair is for my elderly mom and she loves it. The headrest helps with her neck. The heat element helps also. And of course it is a lift chair so it helps her to stand more easily.
This recliner does everything as described,excellent quality and value, very easy to assemble,very comfortable and the incline positions is just right for my wife to stand.
I bought this for my wife that had a full knee replacement. Yesterday she got into the chair and reclined. She needed to get up and the control would not work. I needed to gently move her to the front of the chair and ease her out of it.
It has now been 3 weeks after her surgery and less than 3 weeks since we bought the chair. I expected better.
The wires were routed through the lift mechanism and got caught in the mechanism. I repaired the wires and re/routed them.
UPDATE
I reached out to the seller, . I made them aware of my issue and sent them some pictures. The promptly sent me a replacement remote that I connected. Everything works well now.
I just received a follow up email asking if I received the part and it everything worked. Great customer service.
My recommendation is to check the routing of the wires. Use tie wraps to secure the wiring harness to the frame. This keeps wires from going where they arent supposed to. Also, use electrical tape to tape the connectors together.
We are very happy now.
The chair works great, the implementation is fair. Take my recommendations into account and the implementation will be great as well.

I just received an email from customer service. Dear George,
Sorry to bother you again.
Yesterday I came back from the factory and took some good news for our products.
To avoid the cable cut under the seat, we added two nylon cable ties to hold the cables of the chair, and also increase the length of the lift remote for users convenience.
Besides, we found out the place of side pocket is a little bit lower, so we moved it up 2 inches around, we believe that will more convenient to put something in it.
Again, we sincerely appreciate your important suggestion.
