If you want a recliner that goes flat like a bed, this chair is close but not totally flat. I have to sleep at a bit of an angle so this recliner is perfect for me.
Char is descent. I bought it for my father but when the chair is going down it seems as though the chair has to settle in on one side. You can feel the left side is down but it takes another second for the right side to settle down with it. Descent comfort and the shipping was good. Not a bad chair for the money.
Some difficulty in getting the unit put together but was able to quickly resolve. Heat and vibration could be better controlled. Also hand held controls are difficult to get to left side of the unit.
Comfortable, easy to assemble, comfort and support ok. I have cats, I trim their nails, they are older cats, so not crazy. They jumped on the arm of the chair and on the back made marks that cant be fixed. Im very unhappy can I return this?
OK product but will tip over to side when in the complete upright position due to its lighter weight compared to similar/type models. My handicapped brother almost tipped it over when he tried to balance himself primarily on one arm of the chair.
This chair is smaller than a lot of recliners. Just fits an average/size woman. The cushioning is the softest I have ever felt in a recliner. You wont want to get up. My only suggestion is that they make the directions for using the heat be made simpler. I love my chair!
Nice chair, easy to assemble, only two pieces left over. Lots of wires to figure out, but the second one was easier to figure out. Very comfortable. Like the lift part. Disappointed the heat doesn t stay on without the massage. The massage is just vibration. I dont like it on my head. I would buy this chair again in a longer version.

Great for after surgery. It helped me to be able to sleep while recovering.

Heat and massage stopped working after 3 months
I bought this for my elderly mother, and 3 months later, the heat and massage functions stopped working .

Wish I had paid attention to the reviews as my feet do hang over the foot rest.
