The frame was a breeze to put together, nice engineering to make sure there was adequate support for the weight of the foam mattress and 2 people, and the frame being metal and not wood insures structural support. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because of the condition it arrived in, it looked like it was though the 3rd world war, 80% of the carton was re-taped to hold it together and the back of the headboard was torn, I would have sent it back but I had no wat to ship it back to them since there was really no box left to put it into. Overall a very nice frame for the $200 range but they really need to improve the packaging of this product
Other people aren't kidding when they say get help lifting this bed because its HEAVY! Its was easy to put together and came with all the tools needed to put it together. I had it all set up in less than an hour. Its a very pretty bed and matches well with my decor. The only thing I had problems with was that the very end piece was bent and wouldn't fit together. It was an easy fix as I just used plyers to bend it back to fit. The head board is really short, I was hoping it would be just an inch or two taller because my pillows cover the headboard and it ends up looking like there is no headboard.

The bed is as expected. Easy to assemble and set up.Took a while to set it up though precisely 2 hours fixing nuts and bolts but turned out perfectly well for us. Delivery was smooth up to the door. I quite like the bed cannot be more happier.

It took my husband maybe an hour to assemble. I love not having to use a box springs but still very secure on the foundation. Seriously can't say enough good things about this bed. No more furniture stores for me.
My husband had no trouble assembling this. It's exactly as pictured. The one thing I worry about is the slats. They slip out of place sometimes. They're not designed to screw in place, which helps for shipping and taking apart and moving. However, it's frustrating to keep putting them back into place.
The bed comes zipped up in the headboard...cool...ez re-pack for moving. Bonus secret stash pocket hidden behind headboard. Mattress fit. Sturdy. No squeaks. Love it.

I am pleased to say that this bed was beyond my expectations! it looks very rich and Is very sturdy. Also got the mattress and love it as well.
