I got it the box was tore up, that was okay but inside pieces were damaged and the quality is not worth the price. Don't be fooled by there over all goof ratings it is a gamble if you buy this piece it seems.
The bed delivered with missing pieces (bed slats) and the screws and bolts were just thrown in the box - they were not in numbered packaging as instructions state. I am returning this....
when we first received this bed it was missing certain screws (they were listed in the instructions) in order to put the frame together so we had to go to home depot to buy them. whatever. its been a couple months and if we arent careful the slats fall and bed sinks in because some of the slats are not long enough to screw in and secure. bed was affordable but at what cost lol…cant return anymore either. tried to work with it longer than we should have.
Bed was easy to assemble and only took about 45 min to unbox and assemble. It looks great and my 7 year old loves it! Its the perfect height for a kids bed as it is closer to the ground.
The only con would be the legs are plastic so Im not sure how they will hold up. The color was darker than I expected - I ordered charcoal and I was expecting a grey color, but this is black to me.
This isnt a very sturdy bed frame. The headboard and top of the bed weight rests on wood boards not real bed legs. The sides are not held together very well either. I would imagine if this was more than a guest bed used regularly it would fall apart after a few months. My headboard came with the vertical panels crooked by 1/2 and they said theyd give me a partial refund since it wasnt structural. :/ Would recommend Zinus instead. Better quality.

A good quality bed frame
It requires a drill. That's really the only negative. It's very sturdy and a good quality. It looks nice.

Arrived broken but cannot send it back due to the size
Made out of cardboard it arrived broken and had to pay carpenters someone to make it stand up.
I received the wrong size bed. I ordered a full size bed for my full size mattress.
My mattress doesnt fit properly. Theres a huge gap.
