This bed , when put together is too big and leaves awkward space around the mattress showing the wood slats instead of being fitted tightly around the mattress. For that reason, I wouldnt recommend it. Poorly measured out when building. Disappointing as its nice otherwise.
The product description says 46height when it is actually only 42. That is my 10yo daughter in the picture and clearly you can see this bed was made for toddlers. The mattress is only off the ground by 4. Why but a bed when you can just lay on the floor?
Bought this as a surprise for my teenage daughter. She loves the look! This bed frame/headboard combination was really easy to assemble, it was packaged neatly, and is very sturdy. The neutral tone and classic design is pretty and is easy to accessorize. Great buy!
Ive been keeping my eye on bed frames the last year or so until I decided it was the right time to pull the trigger on a new one. I searched on thanksgiving and found a Black Friday deal on this one. I couldnt between the dark gray or light gray but ended work light gray and Im so happy I did. The box is quite heavy. There are a ton of parts and took my husband about 2 hours to put it together. A few pieces werent lining up right so he had loosen a few bolts and screws to line the other ones up. The parts and materials are definitely cheap but it still looks really nice. I love the height as well. I saw photos of other peoples mattresses being a tiny bit too small and you could see the wood slats but our mattress is the perfect, snug fit. We have a PURPLE brand queen mattress. For those who ask, you cant use a box frame on this, just a mattress. One thing I noticed is the backboard isnt very sturdy and our screws are in tight but its against the wall so I dont think itll be an issue. We had no issues with shipping or damage. I think its really pretty and am very happy with my purchase!

Both the headboard and footboard have damage to the internal structure. It may not be very noticable in the pictures attached, but the internal boards are cracked and detached, and not providing support. Unfortunately, I didn't notice until I had completely unpackaged and was nearly done assembling. I really like the look of this frame but it is a huge bummer to pay for something already damaged. I'm afraid of my child using the footboard as a step and making the damage even worse as it seems extremely fragile in that area now.
I received a box missing item G - the headboard rail. Its required to hold the wooden slats in place with the frame. told me that its not within its best interests to keep replacement items in stock. Then it offered me either a partial refund, or some type of alternative replacement to item G consisting of metal slats that would not connect to the bed itself, but would rather sit inside the perimeter of the frame.
Id use expletives if this were an acceptable forum. My alternative to that? ,,|,,
