We had black in our old house and it was awesome! Loved it so much I ordered another one for our house we are building now. The packaging says gold, but as you can see its not gold. Will be returning ASAP.
Again, faucet is awesome. 10/10 suggest. Just a bummer about receiving the wrong color. Thankfully, returns are easy and shipping is fast! Ive already ordered a replacement.
We bought this faucet for our free standing tub. It is very high quality and beautiful. Our plumber even complimented how nice it was. They have excellent customer service and responded immediately when we needed a different size hose.
Plumber installed it, no issues. Contractor build a stand for it because this bathroom is on ground. This way they can fix plumbing issues easier in the future. The shower head has nice spray water pressure.
This is a great faucet, and easy to install... if your contractor can read. Mine couldn't (or maybe just didn't try), so we needed to get shorter hoses. The customer service to do this was quick and responsive, and they were able to provide hoses of any length we requested! Definitely recommend this faucet (but not my contractor).
The product was well made but had a flaw that the company worked with me to resolve. They were extremely prompt, helpful and stood solidly behind there product. When the issue wasnt resolved they offer a replacement or to give me a full refund even though we were 60 days past purchase. I was so impressed with how they handled my situation I wanted to try a different product from them and absolutely love it. I will definitely buy from them again.
I spent hours researching on solution to our bath tub faucet and then I found this! Not a lot of options are available for other brands that allow customization of hose length. Im so glad I found this as this allows installation on concrete without the need to dig/complex process of needing / installing flexible hose. Their customer service was amazing and very responsive!

We haven't installed our tub filler yet but it's beautiful out of the box and seems pretty sturdy. We need longer supply lines to install and customer service has been very quick and helpful! They immediately responded to my email and said they'll be sending out the supply lines for no extra charge. Very appreciative!!
Looked great next to my free standing tub. Work great once you get the hang of it. The pressure is awesome. The only thing I would work on to change is the placement of the sprayer and the fact you have to hang in over the tub until in quits dripping.
Not a deal breaker for the look, quality and price!
