Love everything about this faucet including the customer service from the manufacture who followed up with a different piece of plumbing we needed for a unique space under the floor. Great value and quality.
The water pressure is great and it looks great! I was worried to get this one because it was several hundred dollars less than other similar products but I was very impressed with the quality. It was heavy and very well made. I would definitely recommend.
The product works EXACTLY as advertised. We have a 6' stand along tub and it filled it quickly and efficiently The water flow was outstanding. And the sturdiness is excellent as well. I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about the product itself and the supplier. We had to call the supplier because the water supply hoses were too long. I left a voicemail and they returned may call within 30 minutes. They sent us customized hoses, which we received in 3 business days. Love their customer service. An unbelievable deal for the price.

I didnt see before ordering that I could give them a. Specific length for the water supply lines… So crossing fingers it will be here in 5-7 days like customer service said. The part is coming from Hong Kong. They responded to my voicemail and texts promptly and have been very courteous :-)

Not difficult to install. Needed more specs for permit inspection and seller responded immediately. Looks great and functions perfect.
