I bought this faucet for a master bath remodel. I was impressed with the quality - very solidly made. I needed shorter supply lines to complete the installation. The customer service was responded quickly to the inquiry and made ordering simple. Other than the length of the supply lines, the installation was a breeze.
This product is being used for a residential master bathroom. It is well made- but we had an issue with the supply hose length during install. We reached out to Kelly from customer service who helped us to resolve this issue within 24 hours.

Great looking tub faucet, but support form the seller is simply outstanding. Water supply line hoses were a bit on long side and seller promptly took care of this issue for me. Very happy with overall experience.

Excellent product. One concern though, I would feel much better if there was a bracket to brace it to the wall, making the product more sturdy.

Good Faucet, good customer service
Needed special hose lengths to install in concrete slab. Was able to request hose length. Also had fast delivery. Good, heavy brass components.
