Outstanding Customer Service, well built product, took bathroom to Spa Level.
The product was well made but had a flaw that the company worked with me to resolve. They were extremely prompt, helpful and stood solidly behind there product. When the issue wasnt resolved they offer a replacement or to give me a full refund even though we were 60 days past purchase. I was so impressed with how they handled my situation I wanted to try a different product from them and absolutely love it. I will definitely buy from them again.
