The delivery fellas were not very good. The sofa however is great. My friend had this in blue at here place so I had already tested the comfort. Very study and looks nice. Almost no assembly required. One of the screws for the leg was very hard to get in, but I was able to do it with some work. Folds out easily for a bed. Dont forget to check the underside for all the pillows in the zipped pockets! very pleasantly surprised
Fairly good sleeper chaise, it was light enough I was able to move it to where I wanted it without too much effort. The arms are lower than I thought theyd be, but that made it easy to get through doorways. The three back cushions that were cleverly packed inside the frame of the piece behind zippered panels. The only real assembly required was to bolt the legs on, something that should be done carefully to avoid stripping/breaking/cross/threading the cheap metal fasteners.
The chaise portion is fairly comfortable, but the rest of the seat spaces are.hard. The back is comfy despite being low like the arms, but man, youre not going to be swallowed up by the seat cushions thats for sure! They may get softer as they break in, Ill update if they do. This is compounded when converted to the bed. Some people prefer harder beds, so you may like this. My partner does not, and has covered it with blankets and comforters to make it cozy.
Delivery was okay, but had issues. The listed delivery dates cannot possibly be accurate. It showed a ~5 day delivery time, so I chose the inside door delivery option because it allowed me to schedule a delivery date, I set for ~10 days. The piece listed as shipped a couple days later. The chosen date came around but the piece didnt. I waited a couple days after while the order status continued to show it being delivered on time, curious. Eventually I went through the process of figuring out where it was and only then received an email apologizing for the delay. The next day an CSA contacted me to schedule another delivery window. The order finally updated to show it was moving to me, before being abruptly cancelled a couple days later. Another CSA contacted me to say the item had become damaged and they would send me a new one or provide a refund. I opted for a new one and thankfully after some time it arrived as scheduled and undamaged.
All in all, I am pleased. For 500 and free shipping its definitely worth it. Sure, a more expensive one might equal better comfort and quality, but theyre all made in Asia anyway so Im not too keen on spending 1k+ on one. The only downside seems to be the coin toss that is delivery, especially considering how poorly it was packaged. But then again, delivery was free. Easy to assemble just takes a while
Its an inexpensive sofa and the quality is better than I expected for the price. Assembly was easy. No assembly instructions included, but put it together in 20 minutes. Small fabric tear under sofa/too much of a hassle to repair/replace. Plus its not visible. Delivery was terrible/ NDS poor communication, no show/no call on original delivery date, did not update tracking, no response to calls or emails. NDS was a real hassle to work with. I will not purchase larger furniture items thru in the future. I think this is a good option

My screen door was locked and it had started raining. The shippers left it standing on its end in front of my house. Fortunately my dog needed to go out at 7 am, and the box was wrapped in plastic!
The sofa itself is firm which feels great when you have back problems. It stays in the bed position so my partner and I can stretch out next to each other to watch tv AND have room for my Great Dane to join. I also like the fact there arent any lift or pop up parts that could break. Just lift the seat cushion up, raise the supporting leg bar, lock it in place, and fold the bottom section out. I have a queen size mattress pad protecting the fabric from dog hair, spills and smells, and using a fitted sheet on top. Now I can change the fitted sheet out when dirty and can pull the mattress cover off and fold back into a sectional when guests come over. LOVE LOVE LOVE
I couldnt find any other couches designed like this one, it is sold everywhere, but on back order everywhere. was saying 90 days at the earliest. Found it here, got it a week later which was awesome! Its not plush by any means, but I really like it. Only thing, it needed serious febreze I dont know if the smell was from a factory or what. Thumbs up! This product is pretty decent for the price
This is a great little couch! Its actually very comfortable for sitting and as a convertible sleeper. We love it! Its probably not the best choice for your main living area couch but as an office/ guest room its perfect! and came earlier than expected
Grey isnt even an option for this listing, so how I was sent grey and not blue is beyond me. Im keeping it because getting it replaced would be a pain, but Im disappointed.
Beyond that, it was easy to put together, the in room delivery service was wonderful, and its as comfortable and sturdy as to be expected of a couch at its price point. Going to get a mattress topper for the pull out and I think we will be good to go This is awesome!
I really love this couch. Its firm, but comfortably firm. I like to leave it open and sometimes I accidentally fall asleep on it. The size is perfect for the size I have so if you have a smaller studio or jr 1 bedroom its great. Its super easy to put together although I kept having an issue with the legs? I kind of think its more a me being bad at putting stuff together kind of thing though. I was pretty much able to put it together by myself without help otherwise. Easy setup and sturdy!
Delivery: delayed 3 days, was dropped once when it was out of the truck, hit the bumper of my car on the way in. Very courteous delivery people. They offered to wait while we unpacked it to check for parts and damage. (Came in one package.) Both wore masks which I appreciated.
Couch pros: appears good quality/sturdy, fabric is neither soft nor rough, bed component pulls out easily, back cushions are comfortable.
Couch cons: seat is firm but not super uncomfortable I just prefer a super soft seat cushion but this is a guest room couch so its okay, you can smell whatever chemicals its been treated with but hopefully that will dissipate soon, bed section is slightly higher than rest of couch when pulled out but it wasnt terribly noticeable when laying on it/plan to use a mattress topper to cover that up and make it more comfortable to sleep on, couch legs are plastic/they look fine just think wood legs are more durable and attractive.
Overall: would recommend and purchase again. Love this product. No issues.
I bought this for my mom. Ive sat on it. My nephews love it. For the price I really cant complain. I saw this for 699 at the stores and was way cheaper. At first the couch is a little stiff. Then it became quite soft and cushion/y lol. I recommend this couch. Best deal for a very nice
