We run an air bnb with a small living room/office. This was perfect for our living room. We have heard from guests using the pull/out, and it is firm, but not like the old parents sofa from the 80s whos bar will have your spine crooked type of way. I love the color, and the fabric held up well to scotch guard. I recommend! Great find!!
Not bad but after 4 weeks the couch is showing wear and tear, saving and has been hard to break in / not a great attribute at all. This was definitely a good choice.
Just got the couch today delivery guys were awesome and even came early.
The couch is as most reviews say it is firm/stiff but figure with time it will break in.
Easy installation only had to put the feet on comes with all accessories to do so. Pillows are are under the couch in zipper pouches which is really cool.
Love the grey fabric seems sturdy and will last a while.
Before purchasing Ive read most of the reviews and got what expected and diff worth the buy in my opinion for the price.
Considering buying the chair as well but will wait. Love the finished product!!

This couch arrived today, February 25th 2019. The shipping company XPO is a joke, the couch arrived damaged and had to be returned. The replacement will take an additional two weeks to get here.
The cushions are firm, I would suggest viewing it in a store before purchase and pray that the shipping company doesnt demolish it before you get it. Not a great experience. Do NOT recommend.
HI. I just had this sofa delivered on Feb 6 and I love the size and color. It sits a little firm, but that was expected given its a sofa bed. Its the perfect size for a small room. However, my adult son came to visit and sat down on it and the frame cracked and the rear leg gave way. Ugh. Ive contacted Furniture to see what can be done. Ill update the review once they respond. the rating may go down or up depending upon the response. The sofa only has two back legs, therefore, I believe this is a design problem, with its length, it really requires three legs. not satisfied with product
