This exceeds my expectation a lot! Bamboo smells good and very smooth, and it gives this furniture a special look, special natural shoe case. The seat is comfortable. its not that loose foam, its very steady and a little hard. it has a long life for sure. I love this shoe case very much!!
This was easy to assemble adds a sitting place at the end of the bed that functions as a great place for shoes. The cushion lid lifts for underwear, socks or hide valuables.
Customer service gets 5 stars they were quick to respond and take care of my issues with this product. I am changing to a 5 star review because of the customer service. I followed the instructions precisely and gave up my whole night to put this together only to find out that the hinges do not line up or function at all when following instructions and using pilot holes as instructed. I have assembled almost every piece of furniture in my house by myself with no problems until now! I am sore I am bleeding and I have nothing to show for it. Now if I want a refund I need to spend yet another hour disassembling and repackaging it!!!
This little piece of furniture is perfect for my apartment. It is much easier now to take my shoes off and put them on. The furniture is sturdy and I put this together all by myself. I am a female and have never assembled furniture myself but I managed to get this done with the instructions. This looks good and is perfect what I need it for. This was an open box item and I was a little hesitant first to order it but it came in perfect condition and I am glad I saved a little money.
We needed something smaller for the hallway to put shoes and things in when guests come over. The padded bench was an added bonus. This is a quality shoe storage bench and it was easy to assemble. No complaints here.

The outer locking hinges did not line up but Customer Service was awesome
