The outer locking hinges did not line up but Customer Service was awesome
Customer service gets 5 stars they were quick to respond and take care of my issues with this product. I am changing to a 5 star review because of the customer service. I followed the instructions precisely and gave up my whole night to put this together only to find out that the hinges do not line up or function at all when following instructions and using pilot holes as instructed. I have assembled almost every piece of furniture in my house by myself with no problems until now! I am sore I am bleeding and I have nothing to show for it. Now if I want a refund I need to spend yet another hour disassembling and repackaging it!!!
