    Nice little shoe station

The dark wood is nice and this seems sturdy. The installation directions are not exactly correct. Follow them to the point they say to install a side panel. Stop, and put the side panels on last. I like that the “leatherette” covering the cushion has a zipper. It can be removed so you can use your own fabric to customize if desired. I would buy this again.

    Best bench EVER

This storage bench is everything Id hope for. I have a one bedroom apartment, so its a small space. When coming into my place, everyone has to take off their shoes...the bench holds not only my shoes but my guest as well. I have plenty of drawer space for socks and footies for visitors. But most of all its sturdy. It can hold well over 200 pounds. Its so cute and looks amazing in my entryway. Its a must have if you are looking for something SMALL but big in value.

Nice bench to put your shoes on

This bench turned out really nice, it’s bright white and has only a few tiny scuffs from the assembly process. Assembly of this bench was pretty easy, and overall the instructions were good. I completed it in about 1.5 hours. The hardware came all in a jumbled bag, but wasn’t a big deal to sort out. The only issue I ran into was applying the cushy piece to the base of the bench. There were no holes made by the factory or indication on the bottom of where the screws should go into the 4 brackets, on either the seat or the bench. So, you have to eyeball it. I double checked that the seat was on straight, and then just started screwing. I screwed one screw per side to ensure it would be even, then going back around to screw in the 2nd screw. Luckily, the brackets are slightly pliable, so, when it looks like your screw won’t fit, the bracket will bend to make it work. In all, this is a good little bench for your door.

Not very recommended, not very strong

When installing, remember to confirm the front and back, you had better not move often, it is not particularly firm, this quality of the product is expensive.

    Screws don’t hold hinges on.

I wanted to love this. And I did for a short time. This arrived on July 12th, and I put it together the same day. Today is July 24th…at the beginning of this week the screws of one of the hinges started falling out one by one. Tried to get them back in, even tried a slightly longer screw. Nothing helped. Now the holes have gotten too big to hold the screws. And the bench won’t close all the way now. I am very disappointed, and not sure what to do with this now. I will take any suggestions on how to fix this. So please send them my way. But at this moment, I really feel like I wasted my money.

    Wish it was bigger

This bench is not as big as I thought and doesn’t hold nearly as much as I need for the price paid. Also, had to drill holes and screw in the screws in the back because the holes in the wood didn’t align with the holes in the wood panels. Very disappointing. If I could go back, I wouldn’t have bought this and probably would’ve put the money towards another bench or brand.

    Cheap, broke putting together

Edit: seller got back and advised to reach out to which I did an they credited me for the broken item. Wood cracked when putting together, very cheap. Too much of a pain to return to get replaced. Would prefer to just get replacement and not have to send back old piece but was unable to contact seller.

    Won’t last long

Doesn’t seem like it’ll last long. I’ve built things with the same type of hardware and it gets loose and the boards crack.

    Eeeh.. its ok.

For starters, if youre going to purchase this, invite a friend to help with assembly so you can maintain atleast a fraction of your sanity when all is said and done. Its so easy to put together until the last few steps. The hinges do not line up with the predrilled holes at all. You should do better than me and predrill new little holes to move the hinges, and to nail the back on. If you dont predrill new holes and attempt to make the current holes work, youll be just as happy as I was to see the top is crooked, and even cracked in one corner from the stress of the holes not being in a good spot. I spent too much money on this for it to look busted. I dont love it.
