I purchased two of the twin xl bed bases. One of them suffered a bit from the shipping but I thought it would be ok until we received the second one. They are quite heavy so I am struggling with the decision to return them. The second one arrived a few days after the first one with significantly more trauma to the box and I knew something was wrong when I could hear things rattling around inside. There was a pretty big hole in the box with clear tape put over it. It was also somewhat clear that it had been put together before and whoever returned it didnt worry too much about the packing and the company didnt bother to improve it. The legs were damaged and pretty much spread throughout the box rather than in their own little box. The fabric cover doesnt line up with each piece which makes no sense. Zip ties holding it together while shipping were missing and the cords were just flopping around. Some things you wouldnt notice if you didnt have two of them. The bed seems to be working correctly. Basically, it looks like they shipped one that someone else had returned, and the other one must have had a bad fall. I could probably live with the units but not at full retail so I am going to return them. That will be quite the chore too. The boxes are about 4 feet tall and wide and weigh more than 75 pounds according to the shipping warning. With a significant price adjustment, I could tolerate the issues, but for now I have to go through the process of packing them back up and scheduling a pickup.
I ordered this bed frame to help reduce acid reflux and it is helping. It came in a big box folded in half with the parts inside the frame. It is easier to have 2 people assemble it, all it takes is to screw in the 6 legs, plug in the wires and you are done. It has a piece that goes on the foot of the frame to stop the mattress from sliding off that is also easy to install. So far I had not problems. I am happy.
One piece design, Love it. Easy assembly and installation. With the one piece design you dont have the ridge in the middle of the bed that you get when using two Twin XLs.
We have had this for 3 months...it works like a charm. The motor is not noisy and is great to be able to use to read and watch tv while in bed. I bought a Layla mattresses and they are okay but are not cool like I was hoping!
I purchased this for my 87 year old mother who was having a hard time getting a good nights sleep. There was slight manufacturing issue and I was forced to contact customer service with questions. The support was outstanding. Response was immediate, problems were handled and they followed up on each step. Cannot speak highly enough of them. The bed frame itself was easy to put together and very easy to work with. The frame lowers and raises at key points and is more than enough for anyone. This is the simplest frame they make but it does everything you need. Really cant recommend it enough if you are looking for an entry-level frame that works on a wired remote.
The bed arrived super fast - 5 days ahead of scheduled delivery. Super simple to put together - just screw in 4 legs after you unfold it, then flip it over and plug it in. Put batteries ( supplied ) in the remote and youre good to go. Very sturdy construction. One very important point **** do NOT underestimate the weight of this bed Its damned heavy and will DEFINITELY require at least 2 people to lift it and turn it onto its feet. If you are not putting on headboard brackets, it will only take about 10 minutes from box to fully set up. I bought the brackets and without doubt, it took WAY longer to get them put into place than it did to put the bed together. This was compounded by the fact that the brackets did not come with instructions, so I had to trawl Youtube to find a video of similar bracket installation. That said, they too are of sturdy construction and bolt on, so if you go for them, you will need
either a 13mm socket and wrench or two 13mm wrenches. Other than that, very pleased with it so far, and counting the minutes to bedtime!
This bed is extremely useful to use with bad knee arthritis. It makes elevating the knees easy to do and you will get up after sleeping in much more comfort. This particular product is easy to put together, making it ready for use the very night it arrives. It has been very useful for me and I gratefully use it daily.
Not perfect for my application, But I was able to mount the headboard to the adjustable bed Casper sells.
Did need some new bolts and its pretty flimsy, but I think it will do the job pushed up to the wall.

This bed is extremely useful to use with bad knee arthritis. It makes elevating the knees easy to do and you will get up after sleeping in much more comfort. This particular product is easy to put together, making it ready for use the very night it arrives. It has been very useful for me and I gratefully use it daily.

Not perfect for my application, But I was able to mount the headboard to the adjustable bed Casper sells. Did need some new bolts and its pretty flimsy, but I think it will do the job pushed up to the wall.
