I purchased this for my 87 year old mother who was having a hard time getting a good nights sleep. There was slight manufacturing issue and I was forced to contact customer service with questions. The support was outstanding. Response was immediate, problems were handled and they followed up on each step. Cannot speak highly enough of them. The bed frame itself was easy to put together and very easy to work with. The frame lowers and raises at key points and is more than enough for anyone. This is the simplest frame they make but it does everything you need. Really cant recommend it enough if you are looking for an entry-level frame that works on a wired remote.
