    Tan Heaven

This is a great chair, and very comfortable with the softest feeling materials covering it.It was easy to assemble.I am fat and 65 yrs old and I did it with my 2 yr. old grandson helping me.After I placed the order the chair had one review, and that person loved the chair which made me feel confident I would have a good chair when it arrived(which it did on the 1st day of a wide arc of a timetable of when to be expected). This is a moderate big person chair so is wide enough for my expanded seat.It comes in a very large box so be aware of that and that the box weighs in at 45lbs.You might have to tilt-toe it along(which I did) to get it into the house and then I just slid it along the floor.Putting it together took less than 30 minutes and that included getting it out of the box.Love the chair!

    Comfortable Classy

Pretty easy to assemble. Good quality parts. Very comfortable! Plus, it is pretty striking looking... Classed up my home office ten fold.

but I like companies who clearly state the material of their products

There were no reviews at the time of my purchase, (though I did look through the companys other products and reviews), but having received the chair, I knew I made the right choice.. haha. PU leather, but I like companies who clearly state the material of their products. And the most satisfying part of this chair is that when I sit in it, I dont feel much of those uncomfortable gaps btw my back and the chair. Casters roll beautifully, definitely an all day chair.

Good back support, hard seat despite some foam.

Hard seat and not easy to assemble. Should have spent the extra $50 for assembly. As a hint start all Screws like you would for a car tire. Tighten after chair is assembled. That might help?

Good While It Lasted - But It Didnt Last Long Enough

This is a great chair - or was - until the cylinder starting giving out. Bought this in August 2021. Its mid-May 2022. Almost made it a year but I find myself looking for a replacement already. Aside from the lumbar placement and arm height being a bit high for my body it has been a very comfortable chair. I sit most of the day. The lumbar position was nothing a cushion couldnt fix. I never use the arms so that wasnt a big deal especially since they fold up. BUT the chair no longer stays at the desired height. I find that I randomly drop to the bottom throughout the day... sometimes suddenly. Its gotten to the point that when it drops it puts me in a bad ergonomic position and I end up hurting at the end of the day. When the dropping is subtle and slow its sometimes too late to fix it before the pain begins from sitting incorrectly. If you need a quick fix for a chair - this might fit the bill. But for long term use I wouldnt recommend it.

    Great Chair and Customer Service

Great Chair! Good value and quite comfortable. This is our second chair purchased from the Seller and both ladies love the chair. We did have a problem with the first chair, but Customer Service was great and they were able to solve our issues quickly. Would DEFINITELY buy again:)

    Pretty great chair

This is a decent office chair. I am a thick bottomed girl and find this chair very comfortable. The fabric is very soft and there is plenty of cushion. I also love that the arm rests can be moved up and down. The chair is also pretty heavy! Now, like most office chairs, this does not move well (or at all) on carpet but I knew that going in and still need to buy a mat for my floor. My only complaint is how difficult it was to assemble. I did it by myself and really struggled with getting the pieces to fit. Now, I know part of that is my own fault but a lot of it had to do with the pieces themselves. A few of my larger pieces were a bit bent, likely from shipping. When trying to get one of the arms on, it wouldnt line up well and the screw got stripped from my trying so much/hard. My hubby finally got the screw in, but couldnt get it in all the way since it had been stripped. It wont budge now but hopefully thats a good thing.
