The chair look really nice in my home office, lumbar support isnt bad but isnt the best, Ill typically get a little back stiffness if the chair isnt perfectly upright for extended use (5+ hours)
Chair was simple to put together although my husband lifted the seat onto the base for me. That part probably takes two people. I am 57 and we just built a seat that is a couple inches taller than average and this chair fits perfect!! Love it.
Great head and back support! One star off because the seat portion couldve used more cushion. Like many Im full time working at home, and Im already starting to feel it breaking down. Im 55 and 136lb so I dont think Im overly stressing the cushion by any means. Might just need a pillow to sit on after a few more months.

After shopping online for several weeks I decided to get this chair. I wanted a white chair, large enough to support a tall person (59) of average weight, supportive, and fashionable enough to not look like a typical office chair or too girly. Ive had this chair for 3 months and so far all the boxes are ticked. I used skate wheels instead of the caster wheels that came with the chair. Typical use is 1-3 hours a day. The back is tall enough to rest my head and tilts back on demand, the seat is roomy enough side to side and front to back (I have long legs and have plenty of support). The vinyl fabric is somewhat delicate, but it hasnt shown wear from use. It is easily cleaned. The packaging was poor and severely damaged resulting in tears to non-visible areas of the fabrics and scratches on the metal spider. s customer service was quick to help with the damage. Overall I would recommend this chair.
First off, I really like the design of the chair along with the quality of the materials used.
My only concern with it is the lumbar support. After 10 hours spent seated on the chair, it really hurts the lower back as the seated position is a bit too deep (even for a 511 person).
I will keep it as I like the design of it but if you want a chair with a good lumbar support, this chair is not the one.
